Perfect Industrial Flooring provides flooring and surface-finishing services for residential, commercial and industrial projects. Based in Cape Town, we work across the Western Cape and discuss projects elsewhere in South Africa by arrangement. Every project starts with understanding the existing surface, how the space is used, and the finish you have in mind.

What areas do you cover?
We are based in Cape Town and our primary coverage is Cape Town and the Western Cape. Other South African locations are considered by arrangement, subject to the project.
Do you charge for call-outs?
Call-out fees vary according to distance and are confirmed before a visit is arranged. An enquiry does not incur a charge on its own. We confirm the fee with you before any visit takes place.
Is the call-out fee deducted from the installation invoice?
No. The call-out fee is charged separately and is not deducted from the installation invoice. This is confirmed before a visit is arranged.
Can you work on existing floors?
In many cases, yes. The existing surface is assessed first, because the preparation needed and the finish that can be achieved depend on its condition. Some floors need repair or preparation before a new finish is applied.
Do you skim floors and walls?
Yes. We provide both floor skimming and wall skimming. Because they are different applications, the areas are measured and quoted separately, and the scope depends on the condition of each surface.
What information is useful for a quote?
Helpful details include the location, the type of property, roughly how the space is used, the approximate floor area in square metres, the condition of the existing floor, the finish you have in mind, and any timing you are working towards. Photographs share well over WhatsApp.
