What we do

We install and prepare floors and apply surface finishes. Our services cover epoxy flooring, polyurethane screeds and roller coats, concrete installation, grinding and polishing, decorative screeds and stone carpet, floor preparation and renovation, and floor and wall skimming.

We work with homeowners, property managers, business owners and people responsible for working premises. Projects range from a single room to larger commercial and industrial floors.

How we approach a project

Every project starts with the floor that is already there. Before proposing a finish, we look at the existing surface, how the space is used and the result you are working towards. That is why our first questions are about the space rather than the product.

We are careful about what we promise. Some finishes depend on factors we cannot judge without assessing the surface, so we say so and confirm what is realistic rather than guessing. Technical details such as curing times and product performance are confirmed against the selected system and set out in the quotation.

Coverage

Our base is Cape Town and our primary coverage is Cape Town and the Western Cape. We consider projects elsewhere in South Africa by arrangement, subject to the project. If your site is outside our usual area, get in touch and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

Getting started

An enquiry is simply the start of a conversation. It does not book a visit or incur a charge. We discuss the project with you, and if a site visit is needed, we confirm the separate call-out fee before arranging it.
