Service Areas: Cape Town and the Western Cape

Where we work

Our work is concentrated in Cape Town and the wider Western Cape. This is where we can attend sites, carry out preparation and installation, and return for agreed follow-up most reliably.

If you are outside the Western Cape, it is still worth asking. We consider other South African projects by arrangement, and whether we can take one on depends on the size, location and schedule of the work.

Making an enquiry about coverage

When you get in touch, tell us the town or suburb and a little about the project. That is usually enough for us to say whether it falls within our coverage and what the next step would be.

Call-out fees and distance

Call-out fees vary according to distance and are confirmed before a visit is arranged. The call-out fee is charged separately and is not deducted from the installation invoice. We always confirm the fee with you before a visit takes place, so an enquiry never commits you to a cost on its own.

Working premises

We work on homes, commercial spaces and industrial premises. If your site has particular access restrictions, operating hours or safety requirements, mention them early so we can plan the visit and the work accordingly.

What we do not do

We do not claim offices or teams in locations where we do not have them, and we do not publish invented local projects. The coverage described here is the coverage we actually offer.
